PNG, JPG, WEBP, or SVG. SVG files are already vector and go straight to production. PDF or AI files are accepted separately if you want the cleanest possible result.
You'll see a warning if it's under 300px. We can still engrave it, but a higher-quality image gives a cleaner result — colour images are converted to monotone either way.
Yes — our designers can redraw any image as a clean vector for a once-off R350 fee, selected during the upload step.
Allow 3–5 working days for engraving and dispatch, in addition to standard delivery time.
No — because it's made specifically for you, it can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind, per the Consumer Protection Act. If it arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
No — you may not upload content that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright (e.g. a brand logo you don't own or licensed artwork). We reserve the right to reject artwork that violates this.
Contact us as soon as possible — once engraving has started we may not be able to make changes.
